My specialty is offering support systems and tools for those of us who struggle with excessive stress, anxiety, and/or self sabotage.

I am a victorious survivor of long term childhood abuse and trauma.

It was my misfortune to have endured the loss of my 26 year old son to suicide.

I am the widow of a wonderful man with whom I spent 21 years of my life.

My earlier traumas caused me to begin what turned into many years dedicated to educating myself and becoming an expert in managing stress and anxiety.

These types of mental and emotional conflicts can create paralysis and actually become disabling over time.

Together, we use a holistic approach to wellness and build a balanced and vibrant lifestyle.

My programs and services are designed to empower and embrace the truth of our very real power to rise above tragedy.

We can manifest self empowerment and quality of life, even in the face of disaster!

My Three Best Basic Survival Tips When Grieving:

#1: Eat One Healthy Meal Each Day:

Even if it's just a salad, a smoothie or a nutritional drink. Grief, in many cases has an effect on our appetite.

It can cause us eat too much, not eat at all or just eat what is easy. This can create serious health issues over time.

#2: Step Outside:

If all you can manage is to open the door and take a deep breath of fresh air, that's a start. Try to notice seasonal changes, wildlife, neighbors or traffic. Many times this was enough to inspire me to take a short walk around the house or the block.

#3: Get Dressed:

If it takes til 7pm to accomplish this, that's okay. Clean up and put some clothes on. Sure, there may be days when this just doesn't happen; but making it a priority will inspire action and bring a sense of normalcy to your day.
